The notices on this page apply to specific products we sell. They are provided in addition to our Terms of Service, and you should read any instructions, warnings or manuals supplied with a product before using it.

General product safety

Our products are sold for normal domestic use and for the purpose described on the product page. Please use them accordingly, follow any supplied instructions, and keep products away from children where a notice below says so. If a product arrives damaged or appears defective, stop using it and contact us.

Electric bicycles

Electric bicycle laws vary significantly by state, county and city. Before riding, it is your responsibility to check and comply with the rules that apply where you live. These may cover e-bike classification, where e-bikes may legally be ridden, maximum assisted speed, helmet requirements, minimum rider age, licensing and registration.

This product is sold for use in accordance with local law. We make no representation that it is legal to operate in any particular jurisdiction, and we are not responsible for any fine, penalty or liability arising from use that does not comply with applicable law.

Always wear a helmet, obey traffic laws, inspect the brakes and folding mechanism before each ride, and read the user manual before first use.

Craft products containing small parts

Choking hazard — contains small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years.

Craft kits containing beads or other small components present a choking risk to young children. Adult supervision is recommended for older children during assembly, and unused components should be stored out of reach of small children and pets.

Sleep and personal wellness products

Products in this category, including sleep strips and support pillows, are general wellness items. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, including snoring or sleep apnea.

Do not use sleep strips if you have sleep apnea, nasal congestion or difficulty breathing through your nose, a respiratory or heart condition, or if you have consumed alcohol or sedatives. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any discomfort or difficulty breathing. If you have concerns about your breathing or sleep, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Battery-powered and rechargeable products

Charge rechargeable products only with the charger supplied. Do not leave items charging unattended or overnight, do not charge on or near flammable surfaces, and do not continue to use any product whose battery becomes hot, swollen or damaged. Batteries should be disposed of in accordance with local regulations and not placed in household waste.

Glassware and heat-resistant products

Although borosilicate glass is heat resistant, all glassware can break. Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes, such as pouring boiling liquid into a chilled glass. Do not use any glass item that is chipped or cracked.
